Silibase-28620 is a newly developed high-performance silicon-carbon bond surfactant used for flexible foam production.
Typical data:
• Appearance: Light yellow to amber transparent liquid
• Viscosity(25C): 500-1200 cp
Features：
Silibase-28620 is mainly used for medium and high density flexible foam production, working good for those foam density 15~35kg/m3，specially recommended for foam density 15~30kg/m3
How to use:
Use levels of 1.2 to 1.8 parts Silibase-28620 per 100 parts polyols are suggested. The optimum dosage is determined by the particular foam formulation.
Packaging and Storage:
• Available in 25 kg pail and 200kg drums.
• 24 months in closed containers.
